Shipping Policy

Shipping for all orders is via UPS ground service and costs $7.95 unless otherwise noted.

* Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

*Certain items classified as bulk, heavy or oversized will incure additional shipping charges. Those charges will be denoted during checkout.

Returns and Special Orders

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Should you need to return an item, simply follow these two steps:

Call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-829-1009. We will ask for the invoice number and date of purchase, item number, quantity and reason for return. We will then provide you with a Return Authorization Number. The Return Authorization is only valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
Write the Return Authorization Number on your shipping label. Return the item prepaid via UPS, in its original packaging and original condition, to the address that we will supply you.

You must have a Return Authorization Number to return an item. All merchandise returns are subject to inspection. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be accepted. A minimum restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all returns over 30 days from date of purchase. Products are not returnable beyond 60 days from date of purchase. Special order items are not returnable. We will replace or repair defective items based on manufacturer’s policy.

Common Trade Practice and Acts and Laws where a purchase takes place shall be followed by both the customers and the distributors. Typically this means that the laws at the buyer's own location shall govern should a dispute on the the purchase occur. In this regard, online shopping makes no difference to buying from a street shop near you. Accuracy: All information in this site is provided to our best ability or maintained by participating vendors. However, in case of error Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees, costs and expenses relating to your use of our services.
Price: Due to the dynamic nature of the market and our services, prices are subject to change with out prior notice. In case of significant discrepancies between the posted and then the current prices, requires the respective vendors to inform Customer prior to processing the charges.
Return: To the extent governed by laws, return of merchandise should be avoided as much as possible. We require vendors to inspect and insure the merchandise prior to delivery. And we ask Customer to inspect all items upon receiving them. Customer must contact the vendor(s) to get return authorization number. Certain merchandise may not be returnable, to the extent permitted by laws.
Damage: In case of damages, Please make damage claims directly to the carrier for merchandise shipped by a common carrier.
Payment: Payments will be settled between Customer and the vendors who supply the merchandise. Return checks are subject to extra service charges by banks. Dishonored checks may be subject to penalty by laws and all other related collection cost, including attorney fees.
Warranty: Warranties vary from product to product, and from vendor to vendor. Please refer to relevant laws governing this aspect for the minimum requirement on individual product. Used merchandise might be exempted for warranty requirements.

In case of dispute, will take every measure possible to protect the integrity of its trading platform services and to ensure the appropriate governing laws are obeyed by all parties. This includes termination of our services to any law-breaching parties.
